Intelligentia is proud to announce the release of the new Miwa Energia SRL Customer Portal. Miwa Energia is an SME operating in the Market of Energy and Gas. With this project they will offer to their customers a more innovative customer-service. Starting from now, a user can analyze its contractual details, the consumption of energy and gas, download the bills in PDF directly to its PC, and make payment via credit card networks from the comfort of their own home.
The work has been done by our team of engineers, and has resulted in the creation of an Enterprise Web-Application connected to other corporate Information Systems through service layer that will allow the Portal to be integrated with new third-party software systems. Intelligentia took the full responsibility of the project with the goal to create a new Customer-Centric product that would be of immediate use, reliable, pleasing in terms of user experience, and also accessible from the mobile (smartphones and tablets).
