We at Intelligentia have decided to share our strategy, best practices, and solutions for supporting the smart-working to be a valuable benefit.

Thanks to our own, private, dedicated, OpenStack IaaS infrastructure deployed on top of our own servers dislocated in major Tier IV datacenters in Italy we have decided to offer a set of open-source, widely adopted, safe, and fully customizable tools help working in smart mode. Our proposal is addressed to Medium, Small, and Micro Enterprises that needs one place online where to store data, share data with colleagues and external people, have an integrated tool for managing comments, conversations, tasks, polls, project scheduling, chatting, video conferencing, and many many other cool features.

The basic brick of this infrastructure is represented by the open-source software Nextcloud.

Intelligentia, thanks to the cooperation with Nextcloud GmbH, is allowed to distribute the Nextcloud Community Edition in an integrated Virtual Private Server (VPS) solution. Nextcloud will be offered with a Software as a Service (SaaS) schema on top of our fully integrated OpenStack (IaaS) infrastructure.

For Large Enterprises or in general for companies that needs more power, we are allowed to offer Nextcloud Enterprise Edition. It has all the feature of the Community Edition, plus dozen of premium features such as an integrated web Collaborative Office solutions for editing documents together with colleagues (like in G-Docs, or Office Online), and even perform video conferences with dozen and dozen of people!

You don’t have to worry about any kind of set-up, configuration, backup strategy, and/or server tuning. Intelligentia will take care of everything apart your data and the usage you will do of your own Nextcloud instance. Your data will be all stored in a secure and redundant cloud infrastructure located in Italy with an integrated disaster recovery backup strategy.
