22.09.2014, Heilbronn, Germany – Intelligentia S.r.l. completes the acquisition of a small company and becomes in Germany Intelligentia ConsulTech GmBH.
The company will be led by the designed CEO H. Gühring, an experienced Manager with a Worldwide experience that will conduct the company in growing up and reaching more important and interesting goals.
The Intelligentia ConsulTech will be focused in providing Consultancy in Software, Telecommunication and System Engineering field and will be the front-end in Germany for the Intelligentia S.r.l. products commercialization.
As Mr. Gühring stated immediately after the signature,
